Before moving to Shingletown, Ian owned his own auto repair business and held a dealer’s license for over ten years, giving him a deep understanding of both vehicles and the paperwork that comes with them.

Now settled in the beautiful, forested community of Shingletown, Ian enjoys being part of a small mountain town where neighbors know each other and life moves at a more peaceful pace.
